Douglas Cribbes, Chairman
Douglas was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and educated at Glasgow Caledonian University (G.C.T.), McGill University, Montreal and Amos Tuck Business School at Dartmouth, New Hampshire, graduating in engineering, marketing, and business studies. (Retired) President & CEO of TAESL an American Airlines & Rolls-Royce joint venture. Chairman of UWI Technology a United Kingdom based Technology Company. Member of SAI & AIAA. Married to Sandra and a father of three. The youngest, Jamie, has special needs.
TJ Krohle, Secretary
TJ is an independent financial professional, Registered Representative with NFP Securities, Inc. He has also made himself a specialist in the field of Special Needs Life Planning for families and individuals with disabilities. He frequently speaks to state and local groups such as ARC, Down Syndrome Guilds, Autism Societies, Epilepsy Associations, various Independent School District’s and other similar organizations. TJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton.
Russ Higgins, Treasurer
Russ married to Sandy and is father of 3, the youngest Carter has Downs Syndrome. Attended UT Arlington and Angelo State graduating with degree Finance/Accounting and holds a CPA license in Texas. Over the past 25 years held several positions in finance and operations in Novation LLC. Is currently Director of Revenue Recovery and Supplier Monitoring.
Dave Igo
Dave has been in sales and client management to the financial institution marketplace for 35 years. BA from St. John's University, MN. Dave lives in Plano, is married to Becky and has two sons; Brooks and Austin. Austin has Down Syndrome. The Igo's are involved with Special Olympics, Dallas Down Syndrome Guild and Best Buddies.
Andy Bouma
Andy Bouma and his family moved to Texas from Michigan in 1996 after spending over 12 years in the US Army. Andy retired from the Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2008; serving for 25 years. He holds a BS degree in Aviation Sciences from Western Michigan University and a MS degree in Engineering Technology and Management from Oklahoma State University. Andy currently works for Raytheon Company as an Engineer in Dallas, TX.
Andy and his wife Lisa have a son, Scott Bouma, with special needs. Scott attends My Possibilities and stays busy with Special Olympics, church activities and summer camps.
