|David DeBowsky, President
David is a graduate of The University of Connecticut with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and has been in the Mortgage Banking and Financial Services industry for 20 years. He is a Sr. National Loan Officer and has been with Prime Lending for 16 years. David and his Wife have been married 30 years with three children two daughters 26 and 25 and a 22 year old special needs son with Autism and IDD. He and his wife maintain active involvement in ministries with Chase Oaks Church. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Deerfield Homeowners Association in Plano, Texas.
|Nancy Berge, Vice President
Nancy, a native Texan and graduate of Texas A&M University, is a medical laboratory scientist with over 30 years experience in healthcare. She currently serves as the Administrative Director of Laboratory Services for Parkland Health & Hospital System. Nancy has two adult sons, the younger being Winston who has Noonan’s Syndrome. For several years, she was the lay leader for her church and an active parent volunteer in Special Olympics. Following her marriage to Mark in 2012, Nancy and Winston moved to Plano from Mansfield. Winston is proud to call Mark step-dad and is rapidly involving Mark in his world. When time allows, Nancy's family enjoys the symphony, traveling, reading, gardening, household remodeling projects, and car racing.
|Glenn Gierczak, Treasurer
Glenn is a CPA, and graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He has worked in the semiconductor industry for thirty-two years and is the Region America’s Director of Financial Accounting for a publicly traded international semiconductor company. A native to Dallas, married for twenty-five years with three children, a Down's Syndrome son - age 22 and twin sons- age 19.
|Robert Guido, Secretary
Robert and his wife, Andrea, have been married for 25 years and are the parents of two wonderful children. Sarah is a Junior at TAMU-HSC and Michael, who has special needs, attends Collin College. Robert is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and has 30 years of IT industry experience. He is currently a software development manager with the Federal Government.
Dave and his wife are proud parents of an adult son, Austin, with special needs. Dave serves on various non-profit boards and recently completed a multiyear term with the National Organization for Disorders of the Corpus Callosum (NODCC). He has over 25 years experience in global high technology, and has held senior positions in product management, product development, sales and marketing with CSC, HP, Siemens, UGS, Vignette, Novell and Oracle. Dave and his wife are graduates of The Ohio State University.
Cheryl and her husband, Robert, have been married for 43 years and have two children. John (36) is a veteran of the United States Navy and resides in Virginia Beach. Michael (34) is a special needs young adult living at home and working for LifePath Systems of Collin County (Collin County MHMR.) Cheryl is a semi-retired mathematics teacher from Richardson Independent School District having taught at Berkner High school for 28 years. Currently, Cheryl and Robert teach Developmental Mathematics part-time at Richland College, are involved in their church with Mike, enjoy playing Bridge and spending time at the lake.
Dave Surprenant earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 1983 from Mankato State University. He headed up the Athletic training staff for 20 seasons with the NHL Minnesota North Stars and Dallas Stars. A major highlight of his professional career was winning the Stanley Cup in 1999 with the Dallas Stars and being inducted into the NHL Hall of Fame in Toronto in 2013. Presently Dave is employed as Outreach Coordinator/Physician Extender with Carrell Clinic and North Central Surgical Center, an orthopedic group in Dallas. Dave also consults with Athlete RMS, a pro sports medical records service. Dave and his wife Julie have been married 21 years. Julie, a graduate of University of Minnesota, currently works part-time as a Pharmacy Technician. They reside in Lewisville with their sons, AJ and Bryan, both with special needs.
